I've managed through every HR process from hiring to firing to lay-offs to employee development, to you name it.I know what makes a person stand out in their job search because I'm trained to look for those subtle points (and sometimes not so subtle points) of differentiation in a person's resume, and in their interviewing style and demeanor.
